Provides To-And-Fro Free Shuttle Bus Service From Penang
KUALA LUMPUR, 29th
January 2014 - The Planet EUPE Music Fest is coming
to Kedah this March! It would be the start of putting Kedah on the map as one
of Malaysia’s major event destinations! The must fest organizer, Eupe Corporation Berhad Managing Director,
Dato’ Beh Huck Lee, said the event was a major effort by the company to
kick-start recognition of Kedah as a venue for world-class entertainment and
cultural acts.
In a first for northern Malaysia, the music fest on March 1
has attracted some of Asia’s and Malaysia’s biggest and best acts. These
include Mandopop superstar Wang Lee Hom,
Malaysian singer-songwriter Yuna, popular South Korean K-Pop boy band, U-KISS and
Taiwanese electro-pop sensation, Jeannie
Hsieh. It also includes a line-up of other exciting local acts, as well as
the Malaysian finals of the 2014 Hip Hop
International Dance Championship. So, we can expect the show to be a
musical sensation with spectacular dancing excitement!

said the main objective of the concert was to thank the people of Kedah for
their support of the company - one of the largest township developers in northern
Malaysia - for the past 27 years.
“In the process we want people everywhere to know that one of
the country’s fastest-growing areas is capable of attracting and hosting
world-class talent,” Dato’ Beh said. “Kedah has been traditionally bypassed by international acts
and events. We want to help change that. As Kedah continues to grow, the demand
for major events to come to the region will also increase. So we see ourselves
as starting the long-overdue process of putting Kedah on the map from a major event
perspective.” he added.
The Planet EUPE Music Fest will be held on at Eupe’s
Carnivall Water Park, located within the Cinta Sayang Resort in Sungai Petani,
Kedah. Tickets are priced in four bands - RM90, RM190, RM290 and RM390 - and
are available via TicketCharge (www.ticketcharge.com.my)
and its authorised outlets.
They also can be purchased in person at the Cinta Sayang
Resort and the office of Eupe Corporation Berhad. To-and-fro free shuttle bus
service will be provided from several stops in Penang to the fest venue, Cinta
Sayang Resort, Sungai Petani, Kedah. More information on free shuttle bus
