Ever imagined of watching a James Bond Movie with Aliens in it?
Well, here's the one for you. This has some of the elements in James Bond Series,such as jumping from a high place to a vehicle (in this case,it's an alien flying robot) , the female character dying in the end and etc plus some elements of Aliens,such as the gross look of the outer space creature and some scenes where extraterrestrial creature pop out all of the sudden.
The movie starts off with a guy (Daniel Craig) who is in the middle of desert feeling lost and unknown of what,who and where he is. A few cowboys approached him for a direction, but suspecting him maybe a wanted person, they tried to catch him to the town to claim for bounty money. However, they got their @$$ kicked by Daniel Craig instead. He then left the desert with these cowboys' horse and a dog to a town known as Absolution.
In this town, there's one young spoiled guy,Percy who loves to mess around by shooting around randomly in town and causing trouble to others. Everyone fears him except Daniel Craig who is new to town. Feeling challenged by Daniel Craig, Percy tried to shoot around to make Daniel fear of him,but accidentally shot at a Deputy. Percy was being imprisoned. Anyway,Percy is the son of one of the most influential guy in town,Colonel Dolarhyde (played by Ford).
It is then revealed in the movie that Daniel Craig is actually really a WANTED guy,called Jake Lonergan who has robbed,killed people and has stole gold from Colonel Dolarhyde. He is then being caught and is about to be sent for judgement in Santa Fe at a night. During that night itself, Alien flying robots suddenly appeared in town causing a lot of destruction to the town and has kidnapped a lot of people from the town, most prominent ones are Percy, a doctor's wife and the sheriff,who is the grandpa of a young kid.
So,in order to save their loved ones, some of the people from the town has gathered and planned to fight back the aliens. These people included Jake Lonergan (Daniel Craig), Colonel Dolarhyde (Harrison Ford), a Doctor, a young kid, a dog and a girl, Ella with an unknown background (Olivia Wilde).
I guess I will stop here,so that you can enjoy the movie more without spoilers.
What I like about the movie:
1) The interesting story will catch your interest non-stop and the suspense will make you keep on asking a lot of questions such as "who is Jake Lonergan?" "where and how did he get the hi-tech weapon?" "how can these cowboys win against Aliens?"
2) Great acting by the casts in this movie.
3) Great effects,action-packed and a lot of thrilling moments.
4) Has James Bonds Movie feel.
What I dislike about the movie:
1) Some of the suspense are too predictable.
2) Some of the scenes are a bit illogical.

Conclusion
Despite the odd combinitions of cowboys and aliens, this is a nice movie and is highly recommended to those people who loves Sci-fi and some action.

Linked u up buddy .. Of course I remembered u .. Btw .. This movie me and my friends gave a verdict of 4/10 .. The story line was way too slow in front .. Only last 20 minutes was cool ..
