Kuala Lumpur, 18 May 2013 - Legendary alternative K-pop band TVXQ! has arrived in Kuala Lumpur for a glorious return - 6 years in the making. Malaysia Cassiopeia united by their passion for this K-pop phenomena are certainly in for an incredible evening as the boys, Max Changmin and U-know Yunho, take to the stage in Stadium Malawati, Shah Alam tonight as part of their comeback TVXQ! "Catch Me" Live World Tour.

TVXQ! has been a K-pop idol, mesmerizing fans to many around the globe for almost 10 years. The group hailed as 'K-pop Royalty' by Billboard, has enjoyed a record breaking streak with their Catch Me album, topping various music charts and their tour filling out arenas and stadiums across the globe with their new world tour. Despite an absence of 6 years, the boys proved to be bigger and better than ever before, with their 'Catch Me' album reaching the No.6 ranking on the highly regarded Billboard World Albums Chart in the U.S. last October, whilst also earning them the 'Album Of The Year' award for the fourth quarter of 2012 at the GAON Chart K-pop Awards. TVXQ!'s single by the same name, Catch Me, soared to the top of music charts in Korea, Japan, Thailand and Taiwan.

The current tour commenced in Seoul, South Korea, October 2012 selling out 20,000 concert tickets within five minutes. TVXQ! is making history as the first K-POP band to embark on a tour that includes performances at five major entertainment domes in Japan - following a concert at the Saitama Super Arena, the boys then move on to perform at Tokyo Dome, Osaka Kyocera Dome, Fukuoka Yahoo! Japan Dome, Sapporo Dome and Nagoya Dome followed by a final performance in Nissan Stadium (another record - being first for any foreign artist). The world tour also has Max Changmin and U-know Yunho making their way to Hong Kong, Beijing and other Asian cities, including Kuala Lumpur and has so far sold hundreds of thousands of tickets.

This performance will mark TVXQ!'s third appearance in Malaysia since the band was formed in 2003 and it is also their first time performing in Malaysia since briefly stepping out of the limelights 6 years ago. TVXQ! fans following in Malaysia has continued to grow in spite of their break from the music scene and whilst thousands of long time fans will fill Stadium Malawati on Saturday, you can expect that there will be many new fans singing and dancing along right beside them. 



More than RM 1.5 million has been invested in the development of the TVXQ! concert stage, which was specially designed for the Malaysian fans to enjoy an intimate concert setting. The unique layout provides the audience with an up-close-and-personal experience with Max Changmin and U-know Yunho as they rock the stadium with their electrifying dance moves and soulful sounds. There's no doubt that each and every person attending the concert will walk away with a smile and spectacular memories that will last a lifetime.
