TAR University College Students Successfully Organize Michael
Wong’s First Malaysia Campus Concert
SETAPAK, JULY 28 – Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC) students had successfully organized Michael Wong’s first Malaysia campus concert at the TAR UC college hall, in conjunction with the launch of his new album ‘Crazy Memories’ on the same month. The campus concert has attracted over 1500 audiences to attend the concert.
This student-organized event created a great opportunity of interaction between Michael Wong and the audience. In fact, there were 10 winners of writing competition that were given a chance to go on stage and had a game session with Michael.
Many famous songs were performed such as ‘First Time’, ‘Promise’ and ‘Fairy Tale’ during the unplugged sessions together with love story telling by emcee melted audiences’ heart. He also performed few new songs included ‘A Letter to Myself’, ‘Let You Fly’, ‘Crazy Memories’ and ‘Our Story’. The concert ended with encore song, ‘Fairy Tale’. This encore song was the climax during the concert.
‘One of my crazy memories was staying a night at cemetery with a group of friends,’ said by Michael Wong when he was sharing his crazy memories in the concert. He continued, ‘A crazy memory is not necessary the one you have done but it could be the one done by others, just like tonight, this campus concert might become one of your memories in future.’
